Processing Time
All orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended without notice.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Planet KashBella is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Weather delays
-
Delivery exceptions

Packages delayed in transit
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Address Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Planet KashBella is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned, the customer must pay a reshipping fee before the order is sent again.
No refunds will be issued for address errors.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Planet KashBella is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we consider the order fulfilled. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for these cases.
Refused Packages
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to retrieve a package:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping fees will be deducted

A restocking fee may apply (if applicable)
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional (if offered at checkout). If insurance is not purchased, Planet KashBella is not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Order Changes
No changes to shipping addresses can be made once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
