Planet KashBella – Return & Refund Policy

At Planet KashBella, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products and graphic apparel. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items (including items with names, photos, special requests, or made-to-order designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.


Graphic T-Shirts (Standard Designs)

Graphic T-shirts that are not customized may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is unwashed

  • The item has no stains, odors, or damage

  • Original packaging is included *WITH TAGS STILL ON**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the item, an exchange or store credit will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within  24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.


Shipping Policy Notice

Planet KashBella is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
